Healthcare Providers: Applying for Your Patients

Ellie Fund is here for EVERY ONE of your patients during breast cancer treatment.

We offer essential support services to patients in breast cancer treatment in Massachusetts. Our services help patients overcome logistical challenges and social determinants of health that could delay their treatment plan, while also providing emotional support. Any member of a healthcare team or facility can apply on behalf of a patient.

Step 1: Check Eligibility

Before applying, please confirm that the patient can answer “yes” to all of the following questions:

  • Have they been diagnosed with breast cancer?
  • Are they currently receiving treatment (such as surgery, radiation, chemotherapy, or participating in a clinical trial)?
  • Do they live in Massachusetts or are they receiving breast cancer treatment at a Massachusetts-based facility?

Ellie Fund does not discriminate on the basis of income, gender, marital status, age, race/ethnicity, immigration status or religion.
